Carol Springstead

President

Carol Springstead, CCIM and President of Springstead & Associates Inc., is a veteran in the retail real estate industry, performing well in a variety of market cycles over the last 28 years.


Prior to forming Springstead & Associates, Carol spent eight years at Pentz & Partners and more than ten years with Voit Commercial Brokerage. Carol’s experience includes specializing in the representation of retail tenants for acquisition and disposition, as well as marketing and sales of investment properties. Carol is Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives (ACRE).


Springstead & Associates has earned the distinctive CoStar Power Broker award three times, and Carol has been named a CoStar Power Broker for twelve consecutive years.

Mike Lucero

Sales Associate

Mike Lucero is a thirty year veteran of the fast-casual restaurant industry where his positions as Vice President of Real Estate & Franchise Development established him is an expert within every major real estate market across the United States.


Mike represented Carl’s Jr and Del Taco both internationally and domestically and was responsible for tremendous growth at both brands. Prior to joining Springstead & Associates, Mike was at Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services.


As an Associate with Springstead & Associates, Inc., Mike focuses on providing first class brokerage services to his existing retail clients, and helps Springstead & Associates’ to grow their list of national retailers throughout the country.

Karina Rostomiani

Administrative Assistant

Karina Rostomiani, prior to joining Springstead & Associates, Karina utilized her real estate skills with Wyndham Destinations negotiating profitable contracts with clients and developed a successful client portfolio. Formally Karina succeeded in the hospitality industry for 17 years. She has been involved in lodging as well as food services in several capacities.

As a co-owner and a director of restaurant “Sabatono” in the country Georgia, Karina and her team provided exceptional services for both local and international crowds.

After building businesses for several investors across Europe, she expanded her reach to the United States. In connection with Springstead & Associates, Inc., Karina will put her prior knowledge and experience to bring an immense, wide-ranging group of clients from all across the industry.

Hannah Rogers

Administrative Assistant & Sales Associate

Prior to joining Springstead & Associates, Hannah Rogers graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. This education has provided Hannah with a broad understanding of business and human behavior.


Hannah also spent 5 years working at Nordstrom in numerous departments and roles. During this time, she developed strong customer relationships and gained experience in management, marketing, and merchandising. Together, this knowledge and experience supports Hannah in providing clients with exceptional service at Springstead & Associates.
