Carol Springstead
President
Carol Springstead, CCIM and President of Springstead & Associates Inc., is a veteran in the retail real estate industry, performing well in a variety of market cycles over the last 28 years.
Prior to forming Springstead & Associates, Carol spent eight years at Pentz & Partners and more than ten years with Voit Commercial Brokerage. Carol’s experience includes specializing in the representation of retail tenants for acquisition and disposition, as well as marketing and sales of investment properties. Carol is Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives (ACRE).
Springstead & Associates has earned the distinctive CoStar Power Broker award three times, and Carol has been named a CoStar Power Broker for twelve consecutive years.

Karina Rostomiani
Associate
Karina Rostomiani, prior to joining Springstead & Associates, utilized her real estate skills with Wyndham Destinations negotiating profitable contracts with clients and developed a successful client portfolio. Formally Karina succeeded in the hospitality industry for 17 years. She has been involved in lodging as well as food services in several capacities.
As a co-owner and a director of restaurant “Sabatono” in the country Georgia, Karina and her team provided exceptional services for both local and international crowds.
After building businesses for several investors across Europe, she expanded her reach to the United States. In connection with Springstead & Associates, Inc., Karina will put her prior knowledge and experience to bring an immense, wide-ranging group of clients from all across the industry.

Travis Bell
Retail Broker
Travis Bell joins Springstead & Associates after spending 12 years working in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex retail brokerage market. During his time in Texas, Travis represented Landlords and Tenants for various retail leases as well as Buyers and Sellers for land and pad deals. Texas was a great market to start his career, however, being a California native; California was always somewhere he wanted to return to.
Travis was born and raised on the Central Coast of California in the small farming communities between Castroville and Watsonville. He attended the University of Arizona on a full football scholarship. After 4 years in Tucson and graduating with a Degree in Regional Development; he decided Texas was a place he wanted to start the next phase of his life to begin working. Texas proved to be a great decision for personal and professional growth. Before starting in Real Estate, Travis was a Graduate Assistant Football Coach at the University of North Texas in Denton while he pursued a Master’s Degree. After graduating with his degree, Travis decided that a career in collegiate coaching was not something he wanted to continue and took the steps to start his career in Real Estate Brokerage.

Mikai Love
Administrative Assistant
Mikai Love grew up in Northern California and attended Chapman University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration real estate, along with a themed inquiry in Japanese Studies. Aside from education, they also assisted in their family’s residential and commercial real estate business.
With a strong foundation rooted in both education and real-world experience, she brings a well-rounded perspective to the real estate industry. Having grown up in a family involved in both commercial and residential real estate, she developed an early understanding of market dynamics, client relationships, and property management.
She serves as an Administrative Assistant at Springstead and Associates, where they support daily operations and help ensure a smooth and professional experience for clients.
